While church leaders have their hands full shepherding the flock, the work is not always extended beyond the walls of the church. The members of the church need to be equipped so they can take the message of God's love to the people. At that same time, the church can then meet the personal needs of hurting people. It all hinges upon how well churches train and equip their members. Every believer has a ministry--we can all minister to different needs on different levels. It starts with the leaders of the church but goes straight from them to the masses. Good call out on the churches.
